To coat hot melt glue onto hologram hot stamping foil and dry the hologram hot stamping foil in roll. This machine also can laminate hologram sticker onto line with water base adhesive and solvent base glue.
Hologram coating machine for hologram hot stamping foil and holographic sticker as well. This machine has automatic side guide for unwind and rewind. The drying hot air cycles in the heating container by fan and heater. Unwind and rewind tension control helps hologram foil to be coated and laminated smoothly for die-cutting and slitting.

Hologram foil is coated with white color water base glue. This glue is for holographic sticker.

The glue/adhesive used for this machine can be water base or solvent base. It can be hot melt glue for hot stamping foil and Ethyl acrylate glue for hologram label.

1200 mm Wide Web Soft Hologram Embosser
This machine is suitable to emboss many kinds of film, such as transparent BOPP, PVC, PET film, extensively used in manufacturing hologram film for anti-counterfeit hologram packing material. Laminating together with hologram film, lots boxes have fake preventing packaging and improving their appearance with shining and vivid hologram effect. To metallize these transarent BOPP, PVC, PET film, we can get aluminum metallized hologram film in different color, such as silver, red, blue, green, yellow,ect.
